Miami-based brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been selected to lease the available office space at 407 Lincoln Road, an iconic 123,000 square foot tower in the heart of Miami Beach.
The 13-story South Beach landmark, located at the intersection of the Lincoln Road pedestrian mall and Washington Avenue, is owned by EuroAmerican Group. The building is renowned for its 1950s-era mid-century design and rooftop digital clock, which displays the area’s time and temperature and is visible for miles.
The assignment was announced by Tere Blanca, CEO of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, the building’s exclusive leasing agent. The firm’s Executive Vice President Alison Pages will spearhead leasing and marketing for the property alongside Associate Vice President Alexander Cahlin.
The building is 78 percent occupied.
