Boca Office Building Finds New Owner
An office building in Boca Raton’s Arvida Park of Commerce was sold for $13.48 million, or $132 per square foot.
Sabre Centre II, a Miami company managed by Louis J. Appignani, sold the building at 6001 N.W. Broken Sound Parkway. The buyer was 6001 BSP Associates, a Boca Raton-based company managed by David S. Novoselle.
Tenants in the 102,434-square-foot building include ABC Global Services and Beacon Group Insurance. It was built on the 5.1-acre site in 1988.
