Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Sunrise Corporate Plaza I, located in Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise.
The final sale price was $24.7 million.
Dominic Montazemi, Scott O’Donnell, Mike Davis, Mike Ciadella, Greg Miller, Miguel Alcivar, Jason Hochman and Ron Granite of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, SPF Sunrise Corporate Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Stiles Corp., in the transaction.
Sunrise Corporate Plaza Property Owner LLC, an affiliate of Boca Raton-based IP Capital Partners, an entity led by Jason Isaacson, acquired the property.
“With the three largest tenants signed through 2026, Sunrise Corporate Plaza I represented a tremendous opportunity to acquire secured long-term cash flows,” Montazemi said.
Located at 1300 Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, the three-story building totals 107,304 square feet. Sunrise Corporate Plaza I includes a superior 4.8/1,000 sf parking ratio, hurricane impact windows, full-building generator and expansive lakefront views. The building’s convenient location provides access to almost the entirety of South Florida via connections to the Sawgrass Expressway to the west, Interstate 95 and Florida’s Turnpike to the east, and Interstate 595 to the south.
