Bryason Closes 10K SF Lease In Coral Springs

Effective January 1, 2012, the Law Offices of McFarlane & Dolan, an insurance defense litigation firm, has leased 10,666 SF of office space at Coral Springs Executive Tower, a 9-story, 80,380 sf office building located at 210 North University Drive in Coral Springs.
Richard Gerber, Associate of Bryason Realty Corporation, negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant.  Charles Shane of Bryason Realty represented the landlord, 210 Capital, LLC.
McFarlane & Dolan’s offices are currently located at 10394 W. Sample Road in Coral Springs.
