Bryason Realty Corporation has been appointed leasing representative for the Coral Springs Executive Tower located at 210 North University Drive, Coral Springs.
The 80,380sf, 9-story building offers tenants access to advanced high speed internet connections and fiber optic capabilities in addition to direct access communication via satellite and a backup generator for extended power outages.
Pimo Capital LLC acquired the office tower in March, 2011 from Coneca Properties, Ltd. for $6.5 million, or about $81 per square foot. The property transferred as a short sale, with the seller having a $9.3 million balance on its original loan for the property.
Richard Gerber will handle the assignment for Bryason.
