Busbee Awarded TIAA-CREF's 2010 Four Diamond Award

TIAA-CREF’s property management governance group named Jerry Busbee, CPM® the ‘2010 Four Diamond Award’ winner for ‘Consistent Property Management Excellence’ at the Diamond Awards ceremony held recently in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Busbee, a Senior Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis, was presented the award  for maintaining the highest overall performance ratings among retail assets nationwide. Specifically, Busbee’s ratings excelled for property management and leasing services provided for the 126,922-square-foot retail center, Publix at Weston Commons, in Weston, Florida. Accepting the award, Busbee said, “The Diamond ratings allow us to continually engage ourselves in TIAA-CREF’s business goals and reach beyond their expectations. We are honored to be recognized for this partnership.”
TIAA-CREF is one of the largest commercial real estate owners in the country. The financial services provider has more than 400 real estate investments in the United States and Europe. The Diamond rating measures performance of the property management service providers, scoring them on financial performance, accounting and operations. The Four Diamond Award recognizes performance excellence for a full year. This is the second year in a row that CBRE has been presented with the Four Diamond Award.
