“The iconic Four Seasons Hotel and Tower continues to attract national and international companies who value the prestige, convenience and world-class amenities which make this asset standout in the market. As we continue to see a flight to quality in South Florida, this property stands out to both new-to-market companies and those looking to relocate within the market,” said Messinger.
