CBRE’s Tom O’Loughlin, Larry Genet Sign Full Building Lease At Link Logistics’ Miramar I-75 Distribution Center

CBRE Executive Vice President Tom O’Loughlin and Senior Vice President Larry Genet represented Link Logistics in a long-term lease agreement with Universal Technical Institute (UTI) at 2601 SW 145^th Avenue in Miramar.

The standalone ±83,200-square-foot building is located within Link’s Miramar I-75 Distribution Center and was most recently occupied by Comcast Corporation.

Jim Sadler and Kari Hartman of Keyser represented UTI in the transaction with local expertise provided by George Pino, President of State Street Realty.

Both parties got creative to get this deal finalized in record time. The former tenant, Comcast Business Service, vacated the building only 60 days prior to Link signing with UTI. The location will UTI’s 14th location and employ around 50 people.

This deal exemplifies the insatiable demand for industrial real estate in South Florida.
