Butters Reps Tenant In New 38,000-SF Industrial Lease

The Butters Realty & Management Industrial Brokerage Team of JC Conte, SIOR and Brian T. Ahearn, CCIM, represented the interest of Eurocraft Cabinetry, Inc. in their industrial lease at Davie Business Center, located at 3380 Davie Road in Davie.

The 38,340-square-foot lease deal represents the seventh expansion for the kitchen and bath cabinetry business.

When completed, Davie Business Center will have seven (7) buildings totaling approximately 1.4 million square feet. The Eurocraft Cabinetry lease deal brings Building G, which totals 114,774 square feet, to 100% leased.  Eurocraft’s neighbors in Building G are Comcast to the east and Nations Benefit to the west.  Other big companies in the park are Boeing, Uline and Carnival.
