Hillsboro Technology Center is a co-development between Bristol Group and Butters Realty & Management and is situated on 75 acres at the northeast quadrant of Interstate 95 and Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield Beach.
Following these transactions, there remains only 76,373 square feet in the newly constructed Building H, featuring 2,330 square feet of modern office.
“As Port Everglades Distribution Center was nearing completion, Challenge Warehousing initially agreed to terms to lease half of the new building. Within one month of leasing 41,099 square feet, Challenge won some new customers and they quickly decided to lease the entire building,” explained Conte.
Dauerflora USA, Inc. inked a long-term industrial lease at I-595 Business Center located at 3500-3536 SW 30th Avenue in Dania Beach.
The Butters Realty & Management Industrial Brokerage Team of JC Conte, SIOR and Brian T. Ahearn, CCIM represented the interest of Challenge Warehousing, Inc. in the transaction. Tom O’Loughlin and Larry Genet with CBRE represented the Landlord, Link Logistics.

Fuse Specialty Appliances expanded from 18,650 square feet in Building F to 51,837 square feet into the newly constructed Building H.
Totaling 144,168 square feet, Building G is now 62% pre-leased. The project is currently under construction and on pace for a December 2021 completion.
CBRE’s Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin represented the landlord in the deal.
The leases bring Hillsboro Technology Center’s Building E, a 123,290 square foot industrial building and Building F, a 151,852 square foot industrial building, to 100% leased.
