On June 19, the Butters Industrial Team of Thomas J. Hotz and Brian T. Ahearn, CCIM completed a long-term lease transaction with SCIENS Logistics, LLC for 76,374 square feet in Building H at Hillsboro Technology Center, Deerfield Beach’s state of the art Class “A” industrial park.  Building H, which is comprised of 152,747 square feet, is now 100% leased.
