The Port 95 Industrial Park has over 2 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space within close proximity to I-95, SR 84, I-595, the Florida Turnpike, Fort Lauderdale International Airport and minutes away from Port Everglades.
The long-term lease renewal keeps the occupancy rate for TA Realty’s two buildings in Port 95 Industrial Park, which total 151,389 square feet, at 100%.
