Casal Group Brokers 60,000 SF Warehouse Lease

Casal Group recently brokered the lease of a 60,000-square-foot warehouse located in the World Distribution Center to Extreme Aviation Services.
The airline repair company will lease the industrial space located at 2930 NW 75 Avenue from Peter Lawrence Companies, according to a release.

“Extreme Aviation Services has been looking to expand its current operations and the World Distribution Center offers them the ability to do so,” said Casal Group Director Luis Marquez, who brokered the lease on behalf of Extreme. “The proximity to the airport was essential for Extreme to be able to open a new division.”

Established in 2003, Extreme Aviation Services is a privately owned company and since its inception has been engaged in the commercial aviation industry. Headquartered in Venezuela, Extreme Aviation Services currently operates an FAA Repair Station in Doral.
