Window Manufacturer Purchases 115,000 SF Warehouse

The Casal Group recently brokered the purchase of a 115,000-square-foot warehouse by aluminum window manufacturer RC Home Showcase for $5.3 million.
The property, located at 1611 N.W. 52^nd Ct. in the Palmetto Lakes area, will house the company’s window manufacturing operations and headquarters, following a move from the Airport West area.  The seller was the Sam Berman Charitable Trust.
