Casal Group Brokers $2.9 Million Doral Warehouse Sale

The Casal Group recently brokered the sale of a $2.9 million Doral warehouse located at 11450 NW 34 St. within the Miami International Business Park.  The buyer, Doral Securities and Investments, LLC, purchased the property from the entity 11450, LLC for their business interest Blue Cabinetry & Tiles LLC.
Blue Cabinetry & Tiles LLC is a kitchen and cabinet distributer headquartered in Venezuela.
The purchase of the industrial condo will allow the company the ability to expand its operations in the United States.
“Doral and entire northwest Miami-Dade industrial market continues to strengthen as inventory tightens,” said Luis Marquez of Casal Group who brokered the sale with firm principal Ernesto Casal.  “Demand is not subsiding and values are increasing.”
The Casal Group has completed sales in excess of $35 million and approximately 315,000 square feet within the industrial park.
