CBRE Hires Top New York Talent For South Florida Team

John Fitzsimons has joined CBRE as First Vice President in CBRE’s Occupier Services group in South Florida.
The Occupier Services group helps clients with occupancy needs in office, industrial, retail and specialized properties.  Fitzsimons, who most recently served as Associate Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s New York City office, will be based in CBRE’s Miami office.

John has more than a decade of commercial real estate experience with a focus on representation of tenants and landlords and office leasing requirements including site selection, financial analysis and lease negotiations. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida and is an active participant in local civic and charitable organizations.
