CBRE’s Genet, O’Loughlin Rep Tenant In Monster Industrial Lease Deal

CBRE, Inc. Senior Vice President Larry Genet and Executive Vice President Tom O’Loughlin represented Exist, Inc. in a long-term, 142,191-square-foot lease deal at EastGroup Properties, L.P. Gateway Commerce Park, located at 1722 NW 215th Street in Miami Gardens.

The deal closed on June 30.

Exist, Inc., an apparel and fashion company with 200 employees, previously occupied approximately 100,000 square feet across multiple buildings in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

“Like any great deal, this one was 5 years in the making. It was an extreme lesson in perseverance” commented Genet. “Exist has built an incredible business and I’m certain this new location will allow them to flourish even more. I’m especially happy for EastGroup who is now 100% leased in Gateway Building 4.”

Audley Bosch, Matt Maciag and Brian Smith with JLL represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties, in the lease deal.
