CBRE’s Paco Diaz Locks In Junior Anchor Tenant At Coral Way Shopping Center

CBRE has arranged a new retail lease with Burlington, a national discount retailer.

The retailer will occupy 21,260 square feet at 8508 SW 24 Street in Miami and anticipates opening in fall 2024.

Paco Diaz with CBRE Retail represented the landlord, Westchester Mall Associates, LLC, in lease negotiations. Greg Godino and Russ Waters from Atlantic Retail represented Burlington.

“As a busy neighborhood shopping center, the vacant space left by Valsan attracted much interest,” said Mr. Diaz, a Senior Vice President with CBRE in Miami and local retail expert. “After reviewing many offers, Burlington stood out as a top choice to complement the existing tenants.”

Westchester Shopping Center, located on the corner of high-traffic Coral Way (SW 24th Street) and SW 87th Avenue, is now fully occupied.
