Mobile platform provider, 3Cinteractive, has signed on the dotted line for a 10-year, 25,287 square foot lease at Boca Colonnade II, located at 750 Park of Commerce Blvd., in Boca Raton, more than doubling its space at its current location on nearby Congress Avenue.
The 99,048sf LEED Gold Certified building opened in 2008.
Randy Johnson represented the owner, Liberty Property Trust and Jeff Kelly of CBRE represented 3Cinteractive.
Last year, according to CEO John Duffy, 3Cinteractive added 29 employees to its payroll and plans to do the same or a bit more hiring this year.
The build-out, anticipated for a June completion, will be high tech as well…think “urban playground”.
“A key building material will be chain-link fence,” Duffy said.
He said that creating a unique office atmosphere is necessary to compete and keep the high level of tech talent it takes to run and grow its mobile platform offerings. “The type of people that we want to attract to this business are generally not looking for this kind of opportunity in South Florida. They are more likely to be in New York City or Silicon Valley.”
