CBRE has been retained as the exclusive marketing agent to sell Biscayne Centre, a 156,446-square-foot office building located at 11900 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami.
Benjamin H. Silver with CBRE will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of ownership, 11900 Biscayne LLC.
“Biscayne Centre is a former office condominium that was recently converted back into one of the premiere boutique office buildings in Miami. We expect strong investor interest as there are no new offices under construction in the area and other office properties within a half-mile radius report vacancy rates under four percent,” said CBRE Senior Vice President Silver.
Biscayne Centre is an eight-story office building featuring ground floor retail space and an attached multi-level parking garage. The building was renovated in 2020 and offers an assortment of turnkey and customizable spaces ideal for professional service firms. In addition to breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, amenities include front desk security, in-house café and day spa.

The building offers exposure along Biscayne Boulevard, one of Miami’s most heavily traveled and prominent urban corridors.
