Technology Company To Occupy Entire Floor Plus Some At Miami Tower

CBRE has arranged a new 21,126-square-foot office lease at 100 SE 2nd Street in Downtown Miami for GoTu, Inc.’s corporate offices.

The growing marketplace technology company will occupy the entire 30th floor and a portion of the 31st floor in Miami Tower to accommodate over 100 employees.

“A great office space is fundamental to our growth and culture,” said GoTu Co-Founder Cary Gahm. “As we continue our rapid growth, it was essential to build out our home base here in Miami.”

Gordon Messinger and Randy Carballo with CBRE represented the landlord, a joint venture between DRA Advisors LLC and CP Group, in lease negotiations, while Jeff Gordon and Iker Belauste with CBRE represented the tenant.

“Miami Tower will provide our growing employee base with unmatched connectivity and excellent amenities,” said GoTu Co-Founder Edward Thomas. “Downtown Miami is a hub of activity, and Miami Tower offers options for future expansion as we continue to grow our operations.”

Miami Tower is a 47-story office tower totaling 627,000 square feet. The LEED certified building features 37 stories of Class A office space atop a 10-story parking garage with 360-degree views of Miami and Biscayne Bay. It contains an onsite Metromover rail station and is connected to the Hyatt Regency Miami. Property amenities include an on-site conference center, 5,000-sq.-ft. state-of-the-art fitness center, on-site café, and 13,000-square-foot Sky Lobby and Sky Terrace event space.
