City Of Coral Gables Leases Nearly 10,500 Square Feet
Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) announced that the City of Coral Gables has signed two new leases at 2020 Ponce, committing to a total of nearly 10,500 square feet at the Class A office condominium tower.
The City will occupy 6,870 square feet on the 12th floor, as well as 3,597 square feet on the ground floor, within the 130,000-square-foot building originally developed by FECR.
“This lease underscores the continued demand for high-quality office space in the heart of Coral Gables,” said Austin Hollo, Chief Operating Officer of FECR. “The City’s decision to locate at 2020 Ponce reflects the project’s strong appeal to both public- and private-sector users.”
Currently, a full-floor office opportunity, totaling 16,424 square feet, is available on the building’s eighth floor. The space features a wraparound terrace with sweeping unobstructed views of the Miami skyline and is being offered for lease or purchase—activity overseen by Savills’ Donna Abood and Peyton Dowd.
“The last full-floor space at 2020 Ponce offers a truly unique opportunity for a business looking to establish a presence in one of South Florida’s most desirable submarkets,” said Abood, Vice Chairman and Co-Head of Florida at Savills. “With its scale and layout, the space is ideally suited for a headquarters-style office.”
2020 Ponce is a 14-story, modern Mediterranean tower, encompassing premium office and retail space. Designed for efficiency, the property features open floor plans without columns, plus private and wraparound balconies with expansive views. The building is within walking distance of Alhambra Circle, Miracle Mile, and Giralda Plaza’s restaurant row, providing convenient access to the area’s finest dining and entertainment destinations.
