Cohen Commercial Realty Secures New 13,000 SF Lease At Hallandale Shopping Center

Cohen Commercial Realty announced the successful lease of 12,548 square feet at Hallandale Shopping Center, located at 1710 E Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Hallandale Beach.

Bryan S. Cohen and Chris McCarthy represented the landlord, Precise Property, in the transaction.

The new tenant, Wasaii Buffet, will occupy the space with a full service Asian buffet concept featuring a wide variety of Chinese and Japanese cuisine, along with an interactive hot pot dining experience, further enhancing the center’s tenant mix and dining offerings in the area.
