Colliers Brings 5 New Tenants To Dadeland

Five new tenants have signed leases at the Dadeland @ 9700 building located at 9700 S. Dixie Highway, Miami.
The building is represented exclusively by Colliers International South Florida’s Donna Abood, Chairman & Founding Partner, with team members Ericka Witkowski and Joe Abood, both office leasing consultants.
“The building is undergoing over $1 million in renovations, and is also offering some of the lowest rates in the Dadeland area,” says Dadeland @ 9700 owner Robert G. Berrin. Berrin and co-owner Isaac K. Fisher have been principals with Capital Realty Services, Inc. since 1988, both investing in real estate  and providing diversified services for commercial properties throughout the United States. “We’re pleased with the leasing progress over the last several months, and we will continue to move quickly as the building improvements are completed,” Fisher notes.
The leases, totaling nearly 15,500 square feet, include corporate offices, three law firms and a retail user. YP Texas Region Yellow Pages, LLC is moving its offices from Doral to Dadeland @ 9700, occupying the space as corporate offices and a training facility. Dutton Law Group, PA has also signed a lease. Law firm, NTV, LLC, is a new group consisting of lawyers who were all previously located in the Dadeland area. Mena Law Firm is relocating from Coral Gables. The Parlour, LLC has signed at Dadeland @ 9700 as well.
“New management, new ownership and a new look are drawing tenants to this building,” adds Colliers’ Ericka Witkowski.
Construction has already begun on improvements to the building including a new lobby, renovated elevators, common area restrooms, renovated parking garage and directory. The 67,142-square-foot, 11-story office building is within close proximity to local retailers, banks, restaurants, Metrorail and has great accessibility and visibility on South Dixie Highway (U.S.1).
