Colliers Brokers 27,000 SF Office Lease For HQ At The Gateway At Wynwood
Colliers has arranged a 26,982-square-foot office lease for Pura Vida, a Miami-based fast-casual dining brand known for its health-forward approach, at The Gateway at Wynwood. The Class A office building, located at 2916 N. Miami Avenue, will serve as Pura Vida’s new corporate headquarters.
Colliers’ Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik and Vice President Ana Paula represented the landlord, Southern California-based real estate investment firm CIRE Equity, in the transaction.
In addition to the office lease, Pura Vida will also open a 5,916-square-foot ground-floor restaurant at the property, marking the brand’s first location in Wynwood and significant addition to the neighborhood’s dining scene. As a result of this exciting new partnership, The Gateway at Wynwood’s lobby, currently in the planning stages of a comprehensive redesign, will be thoughtfully reconfigured to provide direct access to the restaurant, creating a seamless and elevated brand experience from the moment tenants and visitors enter the building.
The Gateway at Wynwood continues to gain momentum as one of the neighborhood’s premier office destinations. The Pura Vida headquarters lease represents a significant milestone in the property’s lease-up.
