Colliers Continues Expansion With Addition Of Vice President

Colliers announced that Frankie Castellanos has joined the firm as Vice President based in South Florida.

In his new role, Frankie will focus on providing high-quality industrial services, working alongside Executive Vice President Erin Byers and Senior Vice President Lauren Pace out of the Miami office.

Frankie brings extensive experience in corporate real estate strategy, with a strong focus on office/industrial occupiers across national and global markets. Before joining Colliers, he served as a Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Advisory Group, where he led strategic initiatives for major occupiers and worked on portfolio optimization strategies, site selection, and lease negotiations aligned with broader business and financial objectives.
