Colliers South Florida Continues Expansion With Addition Of Seasoned Vice President

Colliers announced that Sam Azar has joined the firm as Vice President based in South Florida.

Sam will focus on providing quality retail leasing services for the Urban Core Division led by Mika Mattingly based out of the Miami office.

Sam has a diversified aptitude in CRE, specializing in retail landlord and tenant representation. With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Sam has successfully advised clients of varied sizes through the boutique and corporate work. Before joining Colliers, he brokered over 100 leases with QSR, wellness, and hospitality clients. Throughout his career, Sam has been an active member of the community. He serves the national plant-based SEED Food and Wine Festival and Stay Fit 305 news site as a real estate strategist. Sam is a member of ICSC and a board member of Voices for Kids and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
