Colliers Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik represented the long-term tenant in the lease renewal. JLL’s Steven Hurwitz, Doug Okun, and Madeline Fine represented the landlords, Monarch Alternative Capital, Tourmaline Capital Partners, and CP Group, in the lease transaction.
