Colliers Drives 17,500 SF Of New Leasing Activity At Brickell Office Tower
Colliers has secured three new office leases, and an expansion, totaling 17,553 square feet at 801 Brickell, a Class A trophy tower, located at the prominent intersection of SE 8th St and Brickell Avenue in Miami’s financial district.
Colliers’ Vice Chair Stephen Rutchik and Vice President Tom Farmer represented 801 Brickell’s ownership in the transactions.
- Walleye Capital, a New York based multi-strategy investment firm, signed a 10,393-square-foot lease, represented by Ben Kuhn of CRESA.
- Elektron Energy, a leading renewable energy company, leased 2,243 square feet, with Brandon Sors of Douglas Elliman represented the tenant.
- Russell Reynolds, a global leadership advisory and executive search firm, secured a 3,203- square-foot lease represented by Jason Mayo of CBRE.
- Real estate investment bank Eastdil Secured expanded its footprint by an additional 1,714 square feet, bringing its total space at the property to 7,947 square feet. Eastdil Secured was represented by Alex Marquez of Blanca CRE.
