Colliers Florida Expands Retail Team, Adds Senior Associate

Colliers Florida announced that Maria Mainardi has joined the firm as a Senior Associate for Retail Services in South Florida, based in the Fort Lauderdale office.

In this role, Mainardi joins Colliers’ market-leading retail team including Jonathan Carter, Dave Preston, Alan Esquenazi, Sabrina Stimming, Boris Kozolchyk, and Nikki Traff, with whom she will work closely.

Prior to Colliers, Maria most recently worked with Philadelphia-based MSC Retail’s University division, handling campus-edge and on-campus retail, primarily on behalf of landlords. During her time at MSC, Maria was responsible for leasing more campus-edge retail than anyone else in the country, accounting for roughly 350,000 SF across 30 markets, including State College, Clemson, Tallahassee and more.

Maria earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Business from Penn State University.
