Colliers South Florida Brings 801 Brickell To 95 Percent Leased

Colliers International South Florida announced that 801 Brickell, a prominent mixed-use 28-story tower in the heart of Miami’s financial district, is now 95 percent leased.
During the past 12 months, Colliers closed more than 50,000 square feet of leases at the 415,000 square-foot building.
Stephen Rutchik, Executive Vice President with Colliers International South Florida, handles the leasing for the landlord, TIAA-CREF.
The latest tenants at 801 Brickell are Banque SYZ Suisse, a Swiss bank; Facchina Construction, a regional construction company based in Washington, DC; Douglas Elliman, the nation’s fourth largest real estate company and Criteo, a worldwide digital performance marketing company. In December, the 15,000 SF Asian-inspired fine dining restaurant, Komodo, opened at 801 Brickell with indoor-outdoor seating.

“Significant improvements have been made to the asset which has contributed to our impressive leasing results,” said Rutchik. “We see more companies who want high-quality space with excellent amenities, along with the ability to customize the space to fit their company culture,” said Rutchik.

801 Brickell is LEED Silver certified, Energy Star rated and is the 2015/16 Miami-Dade BOMA Office Building of the Year.
