Bridge Industrial’s World Class Bridge Point Commerce Center Wins Prestigious TOBY Award

Bridge Industrial (“Bridge”), a privately-owned, vertically integrated real estate operating company and investment manager, announced that its world-class business park, Bridge Point Commerce Center in Miami Gardens has won The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award presented by the Miami-Dade chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

This announcement comes on the heels of Bridge’s Elizabeth “Liz” V. David, Senior Vice President, Asset Management, being honored as ‘Property Manager of the Year’ by BOMA’s Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beaches chapter. She received this prestigious honor for her outstanding contributions to Bridge and its clients—managing properties to the highest level of industry standards, as well as her contributions to BOMA and the greater industry overall.
