Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Five Office Leases Totaling 22,000SF At Cypress Financial Center

Cushman & Wakefield arranged five leases leases totaling 22,376 square feet at Cypress Financial Center, a Class A office building in Fort Lauderdale, in under two years.

The leases were each arranged after property owner Vision Properties acquired the building in January 2021.

Since the acquisition, Vision Properties has brought the building from 79% to 92% occupancy and Cushman & Wakefield has been overseeing leasing efforts. Travis Herring and Katherine Ridgway of Cushman & Wakefield represented the property owner in the negotiations for the five leases.

“Cypress Financial Center is Broward County’s only Class A office tower that sits adjacent to Interstate 95, making it an extremely attractive building for top-tier tenants looking to service the millions of residents in the region,” said Herring, Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield.  

Located at 5900 N. Andrews Ave., Cypress Financial Center spans 11 stories and totals 206,773 square feet. A variety of amenities are offered, including newly renovated common areas, on-site security, an attached parking garage, café with breakfast and lunch options, and exclusive on-ramp access to Interstate 95 Southbound. The office building was also named a TOBY award winner in 2021 by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches.

Cypress Financial Center’s high quality and extensive offerings have made it a premier office location for major corporations and employers in South Florida. The five leases since January 2021 include:

  • A new 5,817-square-foot lease with Prime Education
  • A new 7,038-square-foot lease with Signature Consultants
  • A new 6,065-square-foot lease with Alpine
  • A 2,062-square-foot lease renewal with Parlux
  • A 1,394-square-foot lease renewal with Morgan
