Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been tapped as the exclusive leasing agent for the office component of Doral at 25th complex in Miami’s Airport West submarket.
The firm will be responsible for the leasing of two full-floors totaling 56,560 square feet of office space at the mixed-use property, which also includes 300,000 square feet of industrial space brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The Class A property is located at 10000 NW 25th Street in the City of Doral.
Doral at 25th is owned and managed by Seagis Property Group, a leading owner of industrial real estate in South Florida, New Jersey, and the New York Metropolitan area. Blanca Commercial Real Estate’s Executive Vice President Juan Ruiz will lead the marketing efforts on behalf of the building’s ownership and will be assisted by Vice President Andres del Corral.
