Hialeah Industrial Buildings Trade For $4M

Jet Aviation Specialists purchased 3 industrial buildings totaling 65,546 square feet in the AMB Gratigny Distribution Center, located at 3351-3361 NW 107^th Street, Hialeah.
The buyer was represented by Ted Konigsberg of Infinity Commercial Real Estate, and the seller,  AMB Mosaic II, was represented by Brian Smith of Cushman & Wakefield.
The transaction, valued at $3,867,760, closed on July 31, 2012.
