Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 22,000-SF Mixed-Use Lease For New-to-Market Tenant

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new thirteen-year, 21,810-square-foot lease at Westport Business Park in Davie for Kinship PACE of South Florida LLC to open a PACE center, a program of all-inclusive care for the elderly.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Donna Korn and Beau Ladwig represented the tenant, Kinship PACE of South Florida, in the lease negotiations. Lauren M. Pace of Duke Realty represented the landlord, Duke Westport LLC.

“Serving our senior community is a critical need in South Florida and we are encouraged by the entry of Kinship PACE of South Florida as a new provider who will be ensuring a full array of services for our seniors. Successfully securing this lease is their first location, in South Florida, and we look forward to additional sites in the future that will expand these critical services in our community,” said Korn, Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Kinship PACE of South Florida will occupy space in a suite at Westport Business Park’s 2555 Davie Rd. building. It’s operations will benefit from the unique opportunity to provide an outdoor setting to expand the services offered to the seniors they service.

The building is one of three properties that make up Westport Business Park, which totals 199,731 square feet and offers a mix of office/flex and warehouse/distribution spaces. The building is also strategically located near Interstate 595, 95, and 75 as well as Florida’s Turnpike.
