Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team Signs Full-Building Industrial Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 25,894-square-foot, full-building industrial lease in Pompano Beach with Ideal Automotive and Truck Accessories.

Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida Industrial Team of Executive Managing Director Rick Etner, Executive Managing Director Christopher Thomson, Executive Managing Director Chris Metzger, Senior Director Matt McAllister and Senior Associate Merritt Etner represented the landlord in the lease. Bill Cuthberson of Re/Max First represented the tenant.

“This free-standing, single-user industrial building is a rare find that is in high demand in today’s highly competitive industrial market,” said Etner. “The owner selected our team to lease this property in April 2021 and we were pleased to have engaged Ideal Automotive two weeks later, before we had even put together the marketing materials or signage. We were also able to coordinate the tenant improvements, rack system, building repairs and landscaping upgrades that literally commenced 48 hours after lease execution.” 

At 455 S. Andrews Ave., the property is convenient to I-95 and several other major roadways. Built in 2004, the building features 20-foot clear height, dock high loading, secured fencing, a private truck court and fully built-out office space.
