Eddie Quinon Joins Cushman & Wakefield From CBRE

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Eddie Quinon as Senior Director. He will join the firm’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team consisting of Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Jeannette Mendoza and Lena Weeks.

Quinon brings almost a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Quinon was First Vice President at CBRE where he was responsible for representing both institutional and entrepreneurial investors in the ownership of office properties across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.

The Miami Office Agency Leasing team was formed 23 years ago and is currently led by Brian Gale, Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield. The team is a top performing group in South Florida that represents over 8 million square feet of office space throughout Miami-Dade County all the way up to West Palm Beach. They currently represent five new Class A developments, including 830 Brickell, which has set rental rate records for the Brickell neighborhood in Miami.
