Colliers Successfully Completes Sale Of Prime Brickell Development Site

Colliers has successfully facilitated the sale of a 1.03-acre development site in Brickell, located at 901 SW 3rd Avenue and 244 SW 9th Street, for $21.5 million, or $70,000 per unit.

The site contains 66 existing units positioned directly on Ninth Street in the Little Havana density overlay, allowing for high-density development.

Virgilio Fernandez represented the seller and secured a beneficial contract after running a professional listing process.
