Company Behind Oreo, Cadbury Relocates Latin American HQ

Mondelez International, whose products include Cadbury Creme Eggs and Oreo, will move its Latin American headquarters to a 15,600-square-foot space in 396 Alhambra’s North Tower.
Mondelēz International (NASDAQ: MDLZ) will relocate its office from nearby 355 Alhambra.
396 Alhambra is now more than 70 percent leased, less than one year after delivering to market.
Danet Linares and Andres del Corral of Blanca Commercial Real Estate represented landlord 396 Alhambra in the transaction.
Mondelēz International was represented by Chris Porter of Cushman & Wakefield, and William Holly, formerly of Cushman & Wakefield and now with Pointe Group Advisors.
