Morgan Stanley Takes Additional 10,000 SF In Downtown Miami

Morgan Stanley recently signed a long-term lease renewal and 10,000-square-foot expansion at Miami Center, bringing the building’s occupancy to 90%.
The expansion brings Morgan Stanley’s total footprint in the building to 56,000 square feet.
Jon Blunk and Cristina Glaria of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, Crocker Partners. “Leasing activity remained strong in the 1st quarter of 2014. With several new deals in the final stages, we are on par to   further drive occupancy in the building throughout the balance of this year,” stated Mr. Blunk, Sr. Director of Commercial Brokerage at C&W.
“We are extremely pleased to renew and expand one of the world’s premier financial services corporations,” stated Tom Crocker, founder and managing partner of Crocker Partners.
