Conness Crissy Realty Negotiates Sale Of Dania Beach Property For $312 PSF

Conness Crissy Realty’s (CCR) Patrick Conness represented the seller of an 11,480-square-foot property located at 212 S. Federal Highway in Dania Beach.

Tiram Real Estate Enterprises LLC purchased the property from Dania Land Trust #1 for $3,580,000, or $312 per square foot.

The transaction closed on June 17.

Situated on .87 acres of land, the sale included three separate and distinct buildings. Two of the buildings, an office/showroom along US-1 and an industrial building in the rear of the property, were occupied by the seller and subsequently leased back by the seller as part of the transaction. The middle retail building consisted of five tenants and was 100% occupied.

The transaction marks the third sale for Conness Crissy Realty in the South Broward market within the last 9 months, totaling over $15 million in transaction volume.
