Cook Commercial Realty Negotiates Sale Of Doral Office/Warehouse Facility

Daniel P. Cook, Owner and President of Cook Commercial Realty, Inc., represented the seller, Smolev, in the sale of a ±30,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility located at 8788 NW 15 Street in Doral.

The buyer, Planet Cellular, paid $4,400,000 for the asset.

Based in Los Angeles, California, Planet Cellular Inc. (PCI) is a specialized re-seller of IT and telecommunication hardware equipment and software services, cellphones, peripheral devices, and streaming devices.

The transaction closed March 16.

“SBA approval was very complicated due to COVID,” explained Cook. “Jason was a tremendous asset in getting the deal to the finish line.”
