Sperry Van Ness South Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer in the transaction of a 3-story mixed use office building located at 815 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in  Coral Gables.
Laura Kefalidis, a Senior Advisor with the Sperry Van Ness Miami office, represented the buyer, 815 Ponce Investments, LLC in the purchase of the 14,376 square foot mixed use office building.
This asset offers the buyers a unique value –  in addition to using the property for their own business purposes, they have the added investment opportunity with existing in-place income to offset the occupancy cost and the flexibility to organically expand into the balance of the building.
