KAS Partners Acquires 88,000 SF Broward Office Building

KAS Partners LLC acquired the Executive University Courts office building located at 4300 N. University Dr. in Lauderhill, FL from Boxer Property for $5.3 million, or about $60 per square foot.
Executive University Courts was delivered in 1987. The building is 88,800 square feet, consisting of six interconnected buildings. The property was just 62 percent occupied at the time of sale.
The CBRE team of Scott O’Donnell, Dominic Montazemi, and Miguel Alcivar represented the seller, and were the sole brokers in the sale. Deborah Fink of CBRE has been retained to lease the property.
