Former CBRE Senior Associate Joins Colliers As Senior VP

Jarred GoodsteinColliers International South Florida has hired Jarred M. Goodstein, an experienced broker specializing in office leasing and sales, as Senior Vice President.
Goodstein brings 13 years of commercial real estate experience, completing over 5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions in his career with a value of over $400 million. He comes to Colliers International from CBRE, where he specialized in leasing, marketing and sales of prominent office buildings.
His extensive background includes lease negotiations, market knowledge and financial analysis of the commercial real estate sector in South Florida. In addition to a wide range of private owners, he has represented notable institutional clients, which include Piedmont, INVESCO Realty Advisors, RREEF, NewBoston Fund, TA Associates Realty and Space Coast Credit Union.
Previously, Goodstein represented owners and landlords of such prominent buildings as the 412,500-square-foot BayView Corporate Tower in Fort Lauderdale. In 2014, he collaborated in leasing Class A office space in the iconic 200 East Broward, a 225,650-square-foot downtown Fort Lauderdale landmark. Goodstein also aided in the lease up and eventual sale of the 280,000-square-foot New River Center in Fort Lauderdale on behalf of INVESCO Realty Advisors.

Goodstein is a member of the South Florida Office Brokers Association, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University.
Colliers International South Florida has five offices in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, and has now grown to over 118 professionals. The firm specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail leasing and sales for both occupiers and investors, as well as hospitality and land sales, property and project management, and appraisal and consulting services.
Goodstein will be based in Colliers’ Fort Lauderdale office.
