CBRE has arranged a new long-term lease to Knotel at Ofizzina located at 1200 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables.
The New York-based flexible workspace provider plans to open a new coworking location across three full floors. Knotel expects construction to be complete in Q2 2023.
Gordon Messinger, an Executive Vice President with CBRE, represented the landlord in lease negotiations. Clay Sidner with Newmark represented Knotel.
Knotel has been aggressively expanding their portfolio; the lease at Ofizzina marks their fourth location in South Florida.

As Knotel considered the best buildings in South Florida, Ofizzina’s location, premium finishes and superior amenities stood out from the competition,” said Messinger.
Ofizzina is a 16-story, Class A office building featuring ground-floor retail, dry cleaning drop-off services, an on-site fitness center, two rooftop terraces, 331 parking spaces, electric car charging stations, and 360-degree panoramic views of Miami.
