CREC Completes 25,000 SF Of Office Leases In Aventura

Continental Rea Estate Companies (CREC) completed 25,417 square feet of leases, including five new-to-market office leases and multiple renewals, at Aventura View, a 106,500-square-foot office building centrally located in Aventura.
The office property is now home to the national headquarters of Uni K Wax, hedge fund Barnstar Capital, Allstar Sports Management, Midwest Equity Mortgage and C & M Software, all of which are new to the Aventura market. Driven in part by a $2 million renovation program that is now underway, Aventura View has also completed a series of lease renewals with existing tenants Sirota & Associates, P.A., Millstone Title and Egozi & Bennett P.A.
CREC Principal Steven Hurwitz and Vice President Douglas Okun, who oversee leasing and marketing efforts at Aventura View, completed the leases on behalf of the building’s ownership, Steelbridge, which owns and manages the office property that it acquired just over a year ago.

Located at 2999 NE 191st St., Aventura View is situated just south of Lehman Causeway and Aventura Mall, and located adjacent to Aventura City Hall.  Currently, the office building is undergoing a multi-million dollar capital improvement program that includes improvements to the parking areas, renovation of its main lobby, upgrades to the restrooms and common areas with a modern design.
“The Aventura office market has tightened considerably in the past 12 months and along with the transformative building improvements and amenity offerings, we expect the strong leasing activity at Aventura View to continue throughout this year,” said CREC Vice President Douglas Okun.
