Cushman & Wakefield Completes Over 20 Office Leasing Transactions At Waterford Atrium

Cushman & Wakefield has completed over 20 leasing transactions in 2023 at Waterford Atrium in Miami’s Airport submarket on behalf of the landlord, RealOp Investments.

The largest transactions include an 8,835-square-foot lease renewal with an undisclosed tenant (represented by Mike Nelson of JLL), a 2,334-square-foot expansion and 6,099-square-foot renewal with Access Medical (represented by Christopher Shea of Cushman & Wakefield), and a new 5,375-square-foot lease with Soltec America (represented by Jason Mayo of CBRE).

Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami-based Office Agency Leasing team of Jeannette Mendoza, Brian Gale, Andrew Trench, Ryan Holtzman, Eddie Quinon, and Lena Weeks oversee leasing efforts at Waterford Atrium and represented the landlord for all transactions.

2023 leasing activity at Waterford Atrium was strong with over 20 lease transactions totaling 62,102 square feet.
