Cushman & Wakefield Enhances South Florida Tenant Rep Team With The Addition Of Alan Kleber, John Marshall & Ryan Nunes

Cushman & Wakefield is enhancing its South Florida Tenant Rep team that services occupiers through the addition of the advisory team of Alan Kleber, John Marshall, Ryan Nunes, Alex Phung, and Emily Ehrlich.

Kleber, Marshall and Phung will be based in Miami while Nunes and Ehrlich will be based in Ft. Lauderdale. Kleber will serve as Vice Chairman while Marshall and Nunes will serve as Executive Managing Directors. Phung and Ehrlich will serve as support members for the team.

“Alan, John, Ryan, and their team are a powerhouse group that has a strong global client base,” said Wanda Riley, Managing Principal for Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida markets. “We’re excited to have Alan and John return to Cushman & Wakefield and to welcome Ryan, Alex, and Emily to the firm. Together, the team will focus on growing our South Florida market as well as our global business and are well-equipped to represent the firm as the best partner for clients.”

Gian Rodriguez, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s South Florida operations, added, “Alan, John and Ryan bring with them a wealth of multi-market occupier experience and a collaborative drive, which complements our office occupier services and tenant rep platform. And together with our impressive roster of market-leading South Florida office-industry veterans, this team will no-doubt help continue our firm’s track record of winning and servicing local, national, and international occupiers.”

Kleber, Marshall, and Nunes have nearly 70 years of combined experience in commercial real estate. Both Kleber and Marshall previously spent 17 years and nearly 15 years respectively with Cushman & Wakefield. Kleber and Marshall previously led the firm’s South Florida Corporate Advisory practice while at the firm. Nunes brings over 15 years of experience in corporate real estate and has worked in a variety of client-facing roles to support both large companies and startups.

“Joining Cushman & Wakefield will give John, Ryan, Alex, Emily and I the opportunity to continue to expand and be a true dominant force in the market,” said Kleber.

In addition to bringing on Kleber, Nunes, Marshall, Phung, and Ehrlich, Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed several new hires over the past few months including Vivian Gonzalez and Eva Garza. Gonzalez serves as a Senior Director on the firm’s South Florida Office Tenant Rep team while Garza is a Senior Managing Director with the Total Workplace Americas team. Collectively, these additions have strengthened Cushman & Wakefield’s position as a market leader in South Florida for Corporate Services and Tenant Rep.
